Please send us an artwork for label and packaging in AI file. We will quote you printing cost for label and packaging. |

Certainly, please send us all necessary information. |

6. Can I order some product samples?
We are pleased to send you our goods samples. Please, let us know the destination address, we will send you quotation for all of these expense as soon as possible. |

7. Can I order the goods in small amount for personal use?
Sorry, we are wholesale service, the retail service is not available at this time. |

8. Do you have certificate for your products?
Certainly, We can provide you some documents such as Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Certificate of Origin. Please let us know in advance. |

10. When is the payment?
After receiving your confirmation of the order according to our quotation, please transfer 100 % of the total money if the order is less than 2,000 USD. In case of the order more than 2,000 USD, the advance payment required is 50 % and will be balanced before shipment. |
